compute_mode: auto means EKS Auto Mode already owns the load balancer controller and node lifecycle. identity_mode: pod-identity is why generated manifests carry no account IDs or role ARNs. Replace placeholder accounts and region before live IAM or ECR — see Install the toolchain.
